Thank you for your purchase(s). We hope you are happy with your purchase from Weldon Flavorings.com . However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within forty-five (45) days of the purchase. All returns must be new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@weldonflavorings.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify your by email when your return has been processed.

1995 Weldon Develops Sugar Free Flavorings
Weldon Flavorings began in 1995 with its original owners, Dennis and Brenda Weldon. While running a coffee catering business, they began their search for a coffee flavoring that allowed each individual person to customize a single cup of coffee to their own taste. However, they were only able to find flavors that included sweetener, syrup, creamer, or other ingredients that disallowed options for those who liked to drink their coffee black or otherwise unsweetened. Thus, the Weldon Flavorings brand was born.
The two began to develop liquid flavorings that were pure flavor. They contained no sugar, artificial sweeteners, fats, sodium, creamer, or caffeine. Their flavors allowed every person to start with just black coffee in their cup and customize their drink to their individual taste -- adding creamer and sweetener, if desired.
Today, the Weldon Team continues to hold true to the dreams of the original owners. We seek to provide you with completely customizable coffee, one cup at a time.
